On October 21, 2023, the weather was clear and the climate was pleasant. In order to let the employees relax after work and strengthen the team cohesion, some employees of Kernal gathered at the Splendid Jiangnan Resort Manor and held a fun group building activity.  

The autumn scenery was bright, and the smiles of the colleagues were even more gorgeous. At 8:30 am, the team started to gather and set off to the manor. After arriving at the manor by car, they started the day with "ice-breaking games" on the lawn. All the staff were randomly grouped into four teams. After getting to know each other, each team worked together to come up with team names and slogans. For the sake of collective honor, everyone expresses their own opinions and brainstorms. Amidst the laughter, each team made a collective appearance one by one to show the unique charm of their respective teams, and the atmosphere of the scene was warm and joyful. The teams were united in a variety of games and tasks to enhance their understanding of each other.

In the afternoon, everyone was free to move around in the manor, feeling the elegance and tranquility of the Chinese garden. Through a day of team activities, sharing a barbecue buffet and playing table tennis, workforce actively mobilized their vitality and passion to strive for the same goal, which is also the meaning of group building. Not only enhance the ability of team cooperation, but also further strengthens the overall cohesiveness of the team to strive for a better tomorrow.
