From December 27th to 28th, 2025, the KERNAL 2025 Annual Gala was grandly held at the Huizhou Golden Gulf Jiahua Hotel. Colleagues from offices across the globe gathered together, sharing an unforgettable time filled with passion, inspiration, joy, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
A Spectacular Cultural Show: Celebrating Unity and Talent
The festivities commenced at 14:00 on December 27th with a full company group photo, followed by the opening of the cultural performance. The staff was divided into four teams, each presenting a diverse and brilliant array of performances. The show was interspersed with multiple rounds of lucky draws, creating continuous surprises and enthusiastic applause. As the evening banquet concluded, a dazzling fireworks display illuminated the beach, with sparkling lights reflecting upon the waves. Meanwhile, reserved KTV rooms within the hotel provided a perfect space for colleagues to relax and connect, strengthening bonds amidst laughter and song throughout the wonderful night.
Reviewing the Past & Planning the Future: Charting the Course for Development
On the morning of December 28th, the KERNAL 2025 Annual Review and 2026 Planning Conference was solemnly convened in the Jiahua Hall on the hotel's third floor. Representatives from various departments took the stage to deliver comprehensive summaries of the 2025 work outcomes, conduct in-depth analyses of the current development landscape, and elaborate on the strategic plans and objectives for 2026. The presentations, covering topics from Research and Analysis of Marketing Methods and Breakthrough Strategies and Plans for the Supply Chain to the development of the Germany and Cloud offices, from capability enhancement in sales and procurement teams to collaborative empowerment across all functional departments, were substantive and insightful. They not only showcased the hard work and fruitful results of the past year but also solidified collective confidence and shared aspirations for the future. Multiple rounds of cash prize draws and "Lucky Red Packet" sessions kept the atmosphere warm and vibrant, with generous cash rewards delivering tangible excitement to all. Following the grand prize draw, everyone enjoyed a "scratch card" session, and the subsequent distribution of fourth prizes and consolation prizes extended the joyous atmosphere.

From 14:30 to 16:30 on December 28th, the KERNAL Internal Department Exhibition and Communication Fair was successfully held in Conference Room F88 on the hotel's fourth floor. Sixteen booths from departments including Procurement, Production & Technology, Product Selection, IT & E-commerce, Systems Integration, International Division, General Affairs, and Finance were neatly arranged. Each department comprehensively displayed its business scope, core products, and competitive strengths through distinctive pull-up banners, brochures, and other materials. Department representatives were on hand to answer questions, patiently addressing inquiries from colleagues about products and services while actively collecting valuable feedback. This event served as a solid bridge for cross-departmental communication and understanding. Attendees received exquisite gifts for their participation, and the enthusiastic interaction in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere significantly enhanced mutual understanding of different business functions, laying a solid foundation for deeper inter-departmental collaboration.
