Team-building activities go beyond just being a fun break from work; they are instrumental in fostering a happier employee experience. They boost engagement, ignite creativity, stimulate collaboration, and promote healthy competition, all while enhancing communication skills.
On June 17th of this year, the overseas sales team convened at Kaifu Temple for a memorable day of team building.
Originally constructed during the era of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, Kaifu Temple has witnessed the passage of various historical periods, including the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Covering an impressive area of 48,000 square meters with a built-up area of 16,000 square meters, the temple stands as one of China's key Buddhist monasteries and is also recognized as a Hunan provincial major historical and cultural sites protected.
During their visit, the team explored iconic landmarks within the temple complex, such as Huibu Bridge, Shecha Pavilion, Qingtai Bridge and various Stupas.
Within the temple grounds, they felt a profound connection to the unique allure of traditional Chinese culture and the compassionate wisdom of Buddhism. The temple's presence elicited a sense of awe, offering a glimpse into the mysteries and magnificence of nature and the universe. It also deepened their self-awareness and reinforced their sense of purpose and mission.
