I mainly work in the international trade of industrial automation products. I'm familiar with product lines like PLCs, inverters, sensors, servo systems, and HMIs, and I can read electrical schematics and selection parameters.

As for language skills, I can use English as a working language, handling emails, quotes, contracts, and video meetings independently. I've followed up with clients in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and I'm familiar with the full process from inquiries and customs clearance to after-sales follow-up.

My work habits are: respond to customer questions the same day, confirm technical parameters before quoting, and proactively update order milestones. I hope to work with the team to deeply and thoroughly develop industrial automation products in overseas markets.
